wholesale coral jewelry

So what would it be like for a man to throw a surprise wedding for his bride? On the BBC program "Don't Tell the Bride", the groom is given $20,00 and one month to wholesale coral jewelry plan what he hopes is his bride's idea of a dream wedding. During that time, not only must he keep all of the plans a secret, but the couple cannot see each other. This is probably to prevent the bride from leaving copies of Martha Stewart Weddings all over their house with favorite dresses, centerpieces, and bouquets marked. No, in this case, the groom is entirely on his own, without any helpful hints from the bride.

I just saw the most fascinating wedding show on BBC America about grooms planning the wedding while the bride has to sit back and be surprised on the big day. It was a very interesting idea, and it was hard to say who had it worse: the groom who had to freshwater pearl strands make all of the preparations or the bride who had to give up all control over her own wedding. It got me to thinking, would you let your groom plan the wedding?

If you think about it, in almost every case, it is the bride who is in charge of planning the wedding. She makes all of the big decisions about style, vendors, and all of the rest. Sure, some grooms may have opinions and may even have a freshwater pearl earrings nearly equal say in matters, but the reality is that the wedding is usually the bride's show. After all, most women have a picture of a perfect wedding in their mind (even if they won't confess to it), but very few men have even given the subject a moment's thought before they become engaged.

Women may drool

Women may drool, and men, too, on seeing that lovely macho bod - the one that belongs to John Abraham! But with the unreleased ‘Aashayein’, a film not too hopeful of seeing the light of day, and with Studio 18 backing out of his next venture - supposedly John Abraham’s dream project, one wonders if it’s the actor’s salability that’s actually inflatable to blame?

“Negative!” exclaims trade analyst Komal Nahata, “The movies have everything to do with ‘price’. ‘Aashayein’, it is heard, tilts towards the ‘art cinema’ genre. And to cast a commercial actor like John for a non-commercial film may not have been the most sensible thing to do. About Studio 18 backing out of the project to be directed by Sabal Shekhawat, they maybe justified in doing so if John has quoted an amount as high as Rs. 12 crores. He may not be worth the price. But the two are completely unrelated issues. John Abraham is a brand that sells, but one that sells only at a reasonable price.”

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh claims John to be a ‘growing brand’. “His ‘New York’ did well at the BO, so did ‘Dostana’. These two instances - of inflatable bouncer producers backing out of his film or then ‘Aashayein’ not being released - have nothing to do with his brand value. John is a dependable actor, he is a star and his marketability is in no way under scrutiny. If the producers have backed out, or if a film is not being released, it’s due to other reasons, maybe recession or genre of film or whatever else but not John’s salability.”

Distributor Sudhir Ravindranath of CineVision believes, “John Abraham is very popular with youngsters. He’s a good brand and enjoys good market value. John is among the top ten actors of the industry. However, to evaluate the price of a movie isn’t inflatable tent easy. It’s very difficult for any actor to carry off a film on his own. There are a lot of aspects like the banner, producer, script, marketing of the film... One can’t bank upon just the actor to make a film work. So if John’s film hasn’t seen light of day, or if a production house has backed out of another John project, the reason isn’t John alone. John is perceived well, and his brand value surely isn’t dipping!”
